Shipping Policy

Products are shipped using Post Ex/ Trax courier services.

We are responsible for safe delivery of products to our customers. Replacement will be provided to customers in case of any damage during transit. However to avoid exploitation of the policy, Customers are required to make a live video of un-boxing the package and same may be sent to safebeauty.info with request for replacement.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Refund & Return Policy

At Safe Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority.

Want to send an item back or switch it for something else?
Our customer support team is ready to help you with any return or exchange request.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the mistake comes from our side. Please inform us within 7 days after receiving your parcel, as we cannot process requests made later than one week.

The item must be unused, and its original packaging must still be intact. Also, we can only handle exchanges or returns for products bought through our official website or our Facebook/Instagram pages.

The return or exchange procedure usually takes 1–2 weeks. Once the issue is checked and approved, our courier will pick up the parcel from your home, and your replacement item will be delivered to you.

Please note that we do not provide refunds, except in cases where a prepaid order cannot be completed from our end.
